Rep. Notter lives the good life on out-of-state special interest group-paid trips around the country. She's been on at least 16 of them so far, and reimbursed over $24,000 by billionaire polluter-funded (Koch Network) groups.
They pay for Rep. Notter to attend fossil fuel industry billionaire-funded conferences where they trick her into ignoring basic science and NH experts about pollution and policy. Then they give her awardsfor representing polluter interests over the interests of we the people.
For example, 2025 HB106 was a bill to bring stakeholders and experts together to study the cost of damages to NH from fossil fuel climate pollution and determine how best to recoup the expenses from the fossil fuel industry (as other states are doing). It had overwhelming public support (online testimony: Support: 164 | Oppose: 6). Rep. Notter wasn't present to hear the science-based public testimony that supported it, but she did show up to speak and vote against it. As a House GOP leader, she shoulders responsibility for STE Committee andHouse Republicans killing it in party-line split votes (roll call).
This is a bad deal for the taxpayers, families, and businesses of NH. Here are those reimbursements:
